Virginia Health Information (VHI) is seeking two Program Coordinators to join our health data reporting and IT services team. The
Program Coordinators will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient program operations. This
role involves coordinating logistics, managing communications, maintaining records and assisting with project management tasks.
The Program Coordinators will work closely with program staff and stakeholders to support the successful implementation and
administration of programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as the primary point of contact for data
program participants, data submitters, end-users and vendors; facilitating meetings as needed; receiving, reviewing and maintaining
program documents; and administering technical email support.
Starting Salary Range
: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and first level of help-desk support for the program participants, end-users, the program vendor and all current and prospective program participants.
- Maintain program documents, records, contracts, databases and filing systems, ensuring information is complete, accurate and up to date.
- Manage email communications via the program inbox.
- Collect, compile and document program data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new program participants from beginning to go live/full implementation.
- Maintain the necessary technical knowledge needed to set up and support program products/services.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess a desire to help and be helped. Organizational skills and an aptitude for attention to detail.
Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential to support program teams. Flexibility in response to a changing and evolving environment, deadline oriented; ability to work under pressure.
- A minimum of 2-years’ experience providing high-level administrative/program support (within healthcare setting is a plus)
- Highly organized, precise and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly shift gears, adapt to changing needs and juggle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Comfortable executing administrative tasks such as: scheduling and maintaining correspondence with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and/or Monday is a plus
