Facility Comments: Our community provides Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Wellspring Village. Wellspring Village is for those residents who have Alzheimer's or other forms of memory impairment. Residents pay month to month rent with no large entrance fee. Everything is all inclusive. Our retirement community has a new fitness center, walking paths, a store, and an excellent activity program. Pricing starts in Independent LIving at $2,470/month. Pricing starts at $3,975/month in Assisted Living. Pricing starts at $4,455/month in Wellspring Village (our secured memory unit).
