Frequently Asked Questions
Individual License: Allows one copy of the requested data to be accessed by one individual within the licensing organization or one designated subcontractor. The licensing organization may not generate revenue from the use of the data, either via collecting consulting fees, generating reports/analyses or distributing the data to third parties.
Site License: Allows the licensing organization to make multiple copies of the data for use by individuals within the same organization or share a single copy across individuals within the same organization. The licensing organization may not generate revenue from the use of the data, either via collecting consulting fees, generating reports/analyses or distributing the data to third parties.
Commercial and/or Government License: Allows the licensing organization to make multiple copies of the data and redistribute aggregate reports to third parties. Any subsequent resale and/or distribution by a third party with access to these aggregate reports, and any distribution of data to third parties that enables third-party access to data other than by aggregated reports, is expressly prohibited.
Data is released quarterly, with files typically available about six months after the end of each discharge quarter (e.g., Q1 data is published in Q4).
