Office Visits: Well Child Visit (2015)
The development of a child is checked during a well child visit. The doctor or nurse will record the child's height and weight and check that the child is growing and developing as expected. Most babies are seen about six times before their first birthday, two or three times the second year and then once a year. Parents can use this time to ask questions.
