Cardiac Catheterization Workbook -- Cardiac catheterization services offered by Virginia hospitals. 20 fields are listed including the number of stationary and mobile cardiac catheterization laboratories per facility. Emergency Workbook -- Emergency services performed by Virginia hospitals. The emergency services covered in this workbook are grouped into the four subcategories below:

1. Capabilities – reports the availability of hospital Emergency Departments (ED) and freestanding EDs; poison control center membership status; substance abuse; and psychiatric emergency services.
2. Source – reports the number of ED patients that arrived via ambulance; the number of ED patients transferred in from another hospital or out to another hospital; the number of patients that died in the ED; and the number of patients that were dead upon arrival to the ED.
3. Condition - reports the volume and percentage of unique ED visits by the condition of the patient upon arrival. Patient conditions include: Medical, Trauma, Cardiac, Burns, Prenatal, Toxic Exposure, Behavioral, Level One, Private Physician, and Other.

Labor and Delivery Workbook -- Contains two worksheets reporting by hospital the availability of the following:

1. Obstetrics - Emergency cesarean delivery capability within 30 minutes available on a 24-hour basis; internal fetal monitoring; board certified or eligible pediatrician; board certified or eligible obstetrician on active staff; labor, delivery and recovery (LDR) rooms; labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum (LDRP) rooms.
